Traffic Packages

You are guaranteed that we will send the number of visitors that you have purchased to the URL that you specify, for as long as your traffic campaign URL remains in compliance with these Terms. This is the only guarantee for our traffic packages.

All orders placed through this website are subject to a $10.00 (US Ten Dollars) early termination fee. If you decide to cancel your campaign at anytime after the first visitor has been delivered, and before its last, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any visitors that have been delivered on a pro-rata basis and an early termination fee.

All traffic services (except for the following: "Global Traffic Order") are covered by our 60 (Sixty) day guarantee. Any shortfall will be refunded to you on a pro-rata basis from the date that you place a refund claim. Delivery of traffic will continue past the sixtieth day until you have received all the visitors that you purchased, if no claim is made.

Global Traffic packages are "open ended" deliveries. We guarantee to deliver all the visitors that you purchased, but we cannot guarantee to deliver them within sixty days. Expedited campaigns can be set-up for an extra fee. If we are unable to deliver the number of visitors promised, you may claim a refund. In the unlikely event that we do not deliver the number of visitors promised, we will provide a refund of your entire purchase price on a pro-rata basis. In cases where refunds are claimed, we reserve the right to require proof that the proper number of visitors were not delivered. Stats, data, and other information from third party counters are not sufficient to establish a claim. These counting systems tend to yield an improper count. If we dispute your claim, you must provide us with raw server logs from the site and time period in question - this is the only reliable method of counting a visitor.

For all traffic services the following conditions apply: We will not deliver visitors to sites with popup windows of any kind, i.e. Pop Ups, Pop Unders, Pop Behinds, Exit Pops, etc. Any additional window generated by your site shall be considered a popup window, including dialog boxes, and JavaScript alert windows. We will not deliver visitors to sites containing content that is not appropriate for viewing by a general audience. Inappropriate content includes, but is not limited to: adult content, hate text, illegal content and content that encourage illegal activities or violence. What constitutes inappropriate content shall be determined at the sole discretion of our administrative staff.

All traffic campaigns must be sent to a single website URL. ("Split" campaigns to several URLs can be set-up for special cases, after additional fees are applied) Frame-breaking code, background music or sound, automatic downloads or scripts that alter user browser settings (auto homepage, bookmarks, etc.), advertising servers, ad rotators, or redirects of any kind are NOT allowed.

After a campaign is processed and visitor delivery started, it's not allowed to change the destination URL of the campaign. If the client wishes to send visitors to another URL a new order needs to be placed or open a support ticket asking for changing (adminitrators can accept or not to change the destination URL). In this case, the new URL is only accepted in the next business day and only if it complies with these terms.

After Targeted Orders are processed, the status is setup to "Waiting" until the payment is verified (usually 10 hours for PayPal payments and 6 - 7 hours for Credit Card payments). We will review your site before beginning the campaign. If your site is changed during the campaign, such that it includes inappropriate content, or violates the Terms and Conditions above, we may stop your campaign immediately, and you will not be entitled to a refund. All orders are manually reviewed, and if your website complies with our terms of service, all orders are processed within 3 business days. If the deadline of 3 business days is crossed without your order being processed, you are entitled to a full refund of your payment. Clients can access their accounts at any time to check campaigns statistics.

We only rely on our tracking system for the number of hits sent to your website. Our tracking is the most accurate because the "hit counts" are incremented at the same exact time a visitor is sent to your site. Unlike third party counters, we do not have any load time to worry about. There are an enormous amount of counters with various load rates and it is impossible to accommodate each customer's counter. For example, some counters take as much as 30 seconds to count a visitor - some even more. We cannot control the behavior of the end user, or force them to stay on the site a certain length of time. If they choose to 'close out' prior to your counter load, it is still considered a delivered visitor. This is how we are charged by the networks that supply us traffic, which leaves us no other option but to charge our customers in the same manner.

The definition of SATATraffic for the term "visitor” is when a visitor loads your webpage, being what many third party counters refer to as "Pageloads". In the case of "Global Traffic" Orders, all clients must be aware of the fact that visitors ARE NOT IP Unique, which means that the same person may load the same page SEVERAL TIMES and each of those times will be counted as a "VISITOR" for SATATraffic and as a "Page Load" for many third party counters. Any clients claims otherwise ARE NOT entitled to a refund In the case of Targeted Traffic Packages, the a visitor is referred to IP unique visits, which means that any person will not count as a "visitor" to your website twice in the same day. The source of visitors of "Global Traffic" Packages can include any number or combination of the following at any give time: pop-unders, pop-ups, redirected domains, traffic exchanges. These referred sources can also change at any given time. Due to the multiple sources of this type of traffic, be aware that the visitors from "Global Traffic" packages are almost NEVER delivered in the form of full page. SATATraffic is aware that this type of traffic is not the most adequate to convert into sales or signups, being more useful to increase your rankings in traffic. All Targeted Packages are all delivered in the form of Full Page Popunders. Exceptions to this rule may exist in some special cases, all of them expressed by e-mail by SATATraffic. In no event shall we be liable for any consequential, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to: damages for loss of profits, loss of information or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. We cannot be held responsible for factors beyond our control that may interfere with our ability to deliver visitors to your URL. Such factors include, but are not limited to: downtime on your server, overuse of your bandwidth quota (if applicable), errors on your site, and network outages beyond our servers. Please contact your web hosting company or network provider if you are unsure about whether your hosting account is sufficient for the program you are ordering.

Clients may not present a Claim based on the fact that the "order was not as expected", since every detail about the available packages is clearly explained in the additional information below the ordering page, available BEFORE ordering a package, and also clearly explained in these Terms of Service. Clients shall not make an order if they do not CLEARLY understand any of the points explained in these Terms of Service. It's the client sole responsibility to Read our Terms of Service.

When ordering, the client ACCEPTS OUR TERMS OF SERVICE, because it's CLEARLY WRITTEN "By ordering you agree to our Terms of Service", providing a quick access to the same by the means of a link. Any clients claim that they did not know about our Terms of Service, it's NOT Considered Valid.

TERMINOLOGY: (1) In the present context, a "visit" generally occurs when a text file is loaded from your server (this includes HTML files). A "hit" occurs when a file is loaded from your web server. Since loading a single web page can cause several files to load (e.g. images), several hits usually occur when a page is loaded. Thus, the number of hits is always greater than (or equal to) the number of visits. The term “number of visitors” is interchangeable with the term “number of visits.” Several “visits” may originate from a single IP address or individual. This generally occurs when an individual returns to or reloads a webpage. (2) “Pro-rata” refunds are calculated by dividing the number of visits we delivered by the number of visits you ordered. The result of this calculation is subtracted from 1 and the resulting figure is multiplied by your purchase price to derive the “pro-rata” refund. If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable by any jurisdiction or government agency having jurisdiction, that particular provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make the provision valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Search Engine Services

Your Destination URL must work properly. Check your spelling and symbols to make sure you entered the correct URL for the page you want users to visit. Your Destination URL must link to a working website. You cannot link to an email address or a file (ex. an image, audio, video, or document file that requires an additional program or application to open or run). The landing page for your ad cannot be under construction. We require your Destination URL to link to an actual web page with content relevant to your ad.

We do not allow links to landing pages that generate pop-ups when users enter or leave your landing page. We consider a pop-up to be any window, regardless of content, that opens in addition to the original window.

Links to your website must allow users to enter and exit the landing page easily, and to return to the previous page or ad network by clicking once on the browser's 'Back' button.

Your site should use a secure server (https://) when collecting personal information from users.

Customer shall not, and shall not authorize any party to: generate automated, fraudulent or otherwise invalid impressions, inquiries, conversions, clicks or other actions; use any automated means or form of scraping or data extraction to access, query or otherwise collect Network's advertising related information from any other website or property except as expressly permitted by SATATraffic; or advertise anything illegal or engage in any illegal or fraudulent business practice. Customer represents and warrants that it holds and hereby grants SATATraffic and Partners all rights (including without limitation any copyright, trademark, patent, publicity or other rights) in Creative, Services and Targets needed for SATATraffic and Partner to operate SATATraffic's advertising programs for Customer (including without limitation any rights needed to host, cache, route, transmit, store, copy, modify, distribute, perform, display, reformat, excerpt, analyze, and create algorithms from and derivative works of Creative or Targets) in connection with this Agreement ("Use"). Customer represents and warrants that all Customer information is complete, correct and current; and any Use hereunder and Customer's Creative, Targets, and Customer's Services will not violate or encourage violation of any applicable laws, regulations, code of conduct, or third party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights). Violation of the foregoing may result in immediate termination of this Agreement or customer's account without notice and may subject Customer to legal penalties and consequences.

Customer represents and warrants that it is authorized to act on behalf of and has bound to this Agreement any third party for which Customer advertises, as between Principals and Customer, the Principal owns any rights to Program information in connection with those advertisements, and Customer shall not disclose Principal's Program information to any other party without Principal's consent.
